Community Development Specialist (CDS)	Postgraduate degree in Social work with minimum 50% pass marks	Minimum 02 years experience in areas such as social development/social policy, socioeconomic, or specific issues such as health, education, gender, water & Sanitation, poverty.
Information Education and Communication (IEC) Specialist	Postgraduate degree in Mass communication/ Journalism with a minimum 50% pass marks	Minimum 02 years experience in areas such as social development/social policy, socioeconomic or specific issue such as health, education, gender, poverty or related field
Block Resource Coordinator (BRC) cum Community Facilitator (CF)	Bachelor of Arts with a minimum of 50% pass marks.	Minimum 01-year experience in Water and Sanitation sector

Additional Qualification – Matriculation passed with Punjabi language or passed the test for the Punjabi language conducted by the State language Department.

Age Limit – 18 to 35 years. Age relaxation will be applicable to SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates as per Government Rule Regulation.
