🧑🏫 Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Educational Qualification & Work Experience
Applicants must fulfill the following qualifications by 15th July 2025:
Passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognized board.
One-year full-time diploma in Cooking/Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or government organization
Age Limit (As on 04/08/2025)
General Category and SC/ST/BC (Other States): 18 to 27 years
SC/ST/BC of Punjab, Haryana, U.T. Chandigarh: Upper age limit relaxed by 3 years
Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation = Years of service + 3 years
Existing Employees of Courts: Relaxation up to 5 years (depending on service)
Note: Candidates applying under multiple categories can only avail of the most beneficial age relaxation.
👨🍳 Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be posted at the residences of Hon’ble Judges and Registrars. Duties comprise:
Cooking meals professionally
Cleaning, washing, and household tasks
Working during odd hours if needed
A dedicated and professional attitude is expected from the candidates.

📄 Reservation Policy
The reservation applies only to candidates who have valid SC/ST/BC certificates from Punjab, Haryana, or U.T. Chandigarh.
All other candidates will be considered under the General category.
Reservation for Ex-Servicemen is applicable only for the candidates themselves, not for dependents.
📝 Selection Process
The selection will be based on two stages:
1. Practical Cooking Test – 80 Marks
Candidates must score at least 50% marks to qualify.
2. Interview – 20 Marks
Minimum qualifying marks: 10 marks
✅ The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined score (out of 100).
🎟️ Admit Card
Admit cards will be available only online at www.highcourtchd.gov.in.
Candidates will be notified via Email/SMS.
No admit cards will be sent by post.
Important: The Photograph on the admit card must match the uploaded one. Non-matching photos may lead to disqualification.

- For SC/ST/BC Of Areas/States Of Punjab, Haryana, and U.T. Chandigarh/ Ex-Serviceman/ PWD: Rs. 600
