Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited has released the latest job notification for the PSTCL Recruitment 2021 for the following posts:-

Assistant Lineman (ALM)
Assistant Sub Station Attendant (ASSA)

Acting as State Transmission Utility (STU), PSTCL has been entrusted with the transmission business of the erstwhile Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB).

Educational Qualification:

For Assistant Sub Station Attendant:- Punjabi Pass of Matriculation & Full Time regular ITI (Electrician/ Wiremen Trade).
For Assistant Lineman: Matric and National Apprentice Certificate in the Lineman Trade. Candidates with higher education which is, Degree/ Diploma will only be considered if they possess minimum qualifications i.e. the National Apprenticeship Certificate in the Lineman Trade

Age Limit: 18 to 37 years. Age relaxation shall be applicable for the reserved category candidates as per the rules mentioned in the official notification.

Selection Process:

For Assistant Sub Station Attendant:- There will be no written test or interview for the post of ASSA. The merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of the marks obtained in the ITI (Electrician/Wireman Trade) only.
