But the Pay Band for the Posts of LDC, UDC, LM, and ALM was granted to employees in December 2021. Now after the Pay Band and 6th Pay Commission, the PSPCL Salary of LDC, UDC, LM, and ALM was revised as follows:

UDC	Rs.31000	HRA (10% of Basic Pay)= Rs. 3100 DA (34% of Basic Pay)= Rs. 10540 Medical Allowance= Rs. 1000 Mobile Allowance= Rs. 250 LODA= Rs. 600 Employer Contribution (14% of Basic+ DA)=Rs. 5816	Basic and Allowances which make around Rs. 52306
Note:- PSPCL ALM Salary is almost the same as PSPCL LDC Salary and PSPCL LM Salary is almost the same as PSPCL UDC Salary. It should also be noted that the rates of DA, HRA, Allowances, and Employer Contributions are updated from time to time as per the government’s decisions.

Salary During the Probation Period (3 Years):

According to the rules mentioned in the official notification, Notification No. 7/204/2012-4FP1/66, Dated 15/01/2015 Govt. of Punjab, Department of Finance (Finance Personnel-I Branch) Chandigarh, and Notification No.1/62016-4P.P.1/834680/1 dated 07/09/2016 Govt. of Punjab, Department of Personnel PP-I Branch Chandigarh, fixed
compensation equal to the Minimum of the Pay Band without any Grade Pay or any allowance will be paid during the probation period of 3 years.

Expected Salary during Probation Time: Rs. 11,000+ (Usually updated as per D.C Rates)

It is also clear that an Annual increment or any other allowance except a traveling allowance will not be paid during the probation period of 3 years.
