Steps to Apply for PSEB Duplicate Certificate DMC 8th, 10th, and 12th

• Visit the Official PSEB Portal

  • Navigate to pseb.ac.in.

• Find the Duplicate Certificate Section

  • Click on Home → Online Forms → Apply for Second Copy of PSEB Certificate.

• Open the PSEB Online Application Form

  • Click the Online Application Form for Second Copy / Board Migration / Transcript Certificate.

• Fill in the Form with the Correct Details

  • Choose category: Second Copy of Certificate

  • Select Class (10 or 12), Year/Session, and district.

  • Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.
    

• Upload Supporting Documents

  • Attach relevant documents such as:

    • Affidavit (on non-judicial stamp paper) if required

Delivery of the Duplicate Certificate

According to PSEB’s Right to Service Act:

• Regular duplicates should be delivered within 20 days.

• Corrections or changes in details may take up to 45 days.

• The certificate will be posted via Registered Post to your address. You can track it using the RP (Registered Post) number after logging into your account.

Tatkaal (Fast-Track) Service: How It Works

If you need a PSEB Duplicate Certificate of 10th or 12th urgently:

• Visit the PSEB depot or main office (e.g., Mohali or Ludhiana).

• Apply in person, and if requested before 3 PM, the duplicate certificate will be dispatched within the day.
