Educational Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply for the NHM Haryana CHO Form must possess B.Sc (Nursing)/ Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing/ B.A.M.S. In addition, applicants must have knowledge of the Hindi/Sanskrit language up to the Matriculation level.
